a 50% charge is required up front unless another payment plan is agreed upon. The remaining 50% will be collected after completed piece is shown and before its final file is delivered. Payment invoices will be sent via Paypal unless another payment processor has been discussed for use.

My work uses no generative AI, and will never contain AI images. Feeding my artwork into an AI prompter is strictly forbidden and a breach of my copyright.

I am very transparent about my process and I will provide any WIPs, files, or process videos should you request them.

I retain the right to refuse to work with you should you knowingly provide me with AI images as references. I understand it has become harder to detect them, however, so I am always willing to give the benefit of doubt in those cases.

Every commission will be bound by a contract, which will be given once the quote and scope of the work is fully discussed. All quote discussions are free.

Please credit my work if you post it on social media. Tagging is not necessary, however, I do not mind it.

Refunds, Revisions, and Termination will be discussed in contract terms. Generally, I do not provide refunds on the 50% upfront payment (unless there is immediate cancellation); Revisions are free during sketching stages of rendered work and then a 10%-25% charge per revision; Termination can be initiated by either Client or Artist (me) at any point of the commission and refund will be given based on how much work has been completed.

Commercial Use License scope
Digital Monetization and Marketing (50% of total price): This license grants the Client unlimited digital monetization and marketing use. Artwork can be monetized on online platforms and as digital goods such as wallpapers and digital stickers, and can be used as marketing material. Client is free to use artwork for any digital commercial and promotional use they wish to do, noting that the artist is not liable or responsible for how the artwork is used on client’s end. Artist has right to revoke license in the case of artwork being used for derogatory purposes such as hate speech or harmful propaganda (which includes but is not limited to: racist, homophobic, transphobic, misogynistic, genocidal, or abusive purposes)

Full Commercial Use License (100% of the total price): This license grants the Client unlimited commercial usage of the artwork. This means the Client can use artwork on physical merchandise for profit or marketing purposes. Note that this is not copyright transfer, just the rights to unlimited commercial use for the Client for any commercial and promotional use they desire, noting that the artist is not liable or responsible for how the artwork is used on the client’s end. Artist has right to revoke license in the case of artwork being used for derogatory purposes such as hate speech or harmful propaganda (which includes but is not limited to: racist, homophobic, transphobic, misogynistic, genocidal, or abusive purposes)
